Plymouth - Sekondi-Takoradi (Ghana) link

Plymouth has established a partnership with Sekondi-Takoradi in Ghana. The city lies on Ghana's south coast and like Plymouth is a port, fishing harbour and naval base. The project provides opportunities for young people in Plymouth to visit Sekondi-Takoradi and work with local young people there. The project also helps to organise exhibitions, meetings, lectures, seminars, conferences, training events and other activities which help promote and encourage the community link.
